I bought two of these when they came they were just squishy no noise no crinkle nothing bought for my arthritic hands.

I received the 2 piece for handle, the green tub with mop inside cannot be removed…worthless
I asked to send me a return label I sent 2 pictures and still the same emails they wanted a video and I let them know I could not do that. I am 76 years old and a fixed income so I told them to keep my money they must need it more than me I have turned them in to the BBB and they are scammers especially the elderly
